Medical Device Data Integrator Vivify Health Raises $3.4 Million In Funding

Plano, Texas-based Vivify Health announces a $3.4 million investment round led by Ascension Health Ventures and Heritage Group. The four-year-old company has been developing a wireless integration platform that enables hospitals, home health agencies, and payers to advance population health initiatives by capturing medical device data and integrating it with post-acute care plans, EMRs, PHRs, and HIEs.

Vivify delivers a device-agnostic approach to data integration that increases flexibility and improves patient satisfaction and patient engagement. Vivify has announced alliances with AT&T, Ericcson, Polycom, and Samsung as part of its effort to expands its mobile reach.

The funding round will be used to expedite the implementation of Vivify’s platform to contracted hospitals and health systems.
