Digital Health startup Health2Sync raises $3 million in Series A funding. Health2Sync offers a data driven solution to help diabetic patients improve blood sugar control and reduce the risks of complications. The new funding will be used to continue product development and accelerate growth in overseas markets.
Australian startup DoseMe completes $2.6 million in its most recent Series A financing round. DoseMe is a software that allows clinicians to dose a patient based upon that patient’s individual ability to absorb, process, and clear a drug. Using basic patient information, such as height, weight, and gender, DoseMe can accurately calculate dosage to suit an individual patient.
The funding was secured from Greg Spurgin and Gary Cunningham, both US healthcare executives. Greg Spurgin will join DoseMe seed investor Steve Baxter, of Shark Tank fame on the board of directors along with DoseMe CEO Charles Cornish and company founder Dr. Robert McLeay.
